feat(feishu): carry Lighthouse bridge into v0.8.37

Add the Feishu/Lark long-connection bridge, Tencent Lighthouse runbooks, CNB mirror guidance, CNB tag release pipeline, and China-friendly update fallback documentation for the v0.8.37 line.
