# @codewhale/runtime-sdk Small JavaScript helpers and TypeScript declarations for CodeWhale's local Runtime API. If the local runtime does not expose those endpoints, the helpers raise `RuntimeCapabilityError` with a stable `capability` string instead of a generic fetch failure.
